From my perspective it seems indy but most likely is not due to the high production budget.
But it has that indy vibe going for it.
The British reviewer just makes this movie so watchable and the sound track is so epic.
When you have a scifi movie of this nature you have an EPIC TRACK, much like how the new SUper man had an EPIC TRAck
and xmen First Class had an EPic track, so did Inception and Battle Star Galatica and Batman and and well you get my gist.
Beyond that I so want to watch this movie. It’s a must on my watch list this weekend.

Donnie Yen, along with Jackie chan, jet li, Yuen Biao and countless other are among my favorite asian action stars.
There have been many new and fresh faces but Donnie has been the show stopper to do the fight scenes with the most flares. The movie I hold at the top currently happens to be the Raid Redemption which is an Indonesian film, that surprisingly does not start none of the mentioned stars
Seeing what he may unleash on this new film should be a great show stopper.
