Cartoonhangover has officially been dubbed the cartoonnetwork of the web with their funny shorts.
I have seen everything, from a talking unicorn who happens to be doctor, a axe surgeon and countless what the hell moments, totally all oh wow moments. Where do I start with this short, for starters it is well animated and actually funny. There is a moment in the animation where you realize this may not be for kids, not Rocko’s modern life level but more like the first time you watch Invader Zim and he says ride the pig or even the Halloween special.
