REALTALK!!–The Problem With Facebook

pro_wi_facebook

So I saw a video regarding the problem with facebook. From a business perspective I don’t see it as a problem it’s a solution to their issue of finding a way to make money from it’s customers who freely use their service to connect to family, friends, companies, fan pages and other people who may share similar interest. People keep forgetting this is a business and it has to make money. I shake my head when I see ridiculous comments as to why facebook sucks, be more concerned with who your information is being shared with rather than your feed is not being shared. Does everything have to be free. I have a business page for my company OneblazeStudios when ever I do something major I pay to advertise to a grand audience. There is no problem with facebook they are simply trying to make a profit from businesses that actually use this product to reach customers. I once advised a client who wanted to make a page that connects to use facebook, twitter and what soever as the medium to bring people to his site as it is much cheaper than going the traditional route of paying someone else to do it at least now you can do it yourself and even pay to push the list further. You cannot hit their hustle and flow. Don’t tell me all of you have 3000 or more real friends. I may have maybe 30 or so genuine friends not including family, maybe work colleagues and class mates so please stop and open your eyes at least you are able to connect to friends/relatives and possibly clients for literally free well for now. Right now I use it as a medium for my connections. If it is something major I pay if not well it sits out there in the world. Just my stake on the whole facebook problem.

REALTALK!!– TEDX- Homeschool vs Traditional schooling

tedx

Which is better for children homeschooling or traditional schooling. In a sense it all depends on that child sometimes not. The Duggar Family from what I recall had home schooled their children. This ted talk was regarding a young lad who was home schooled, from an outside perspective he benefited. One thing I can truly say is that the traditional education system has not adjusted to the times as children now have more access to information than they did in the past and if there is no major overall there will be stagnation. I had a discussion with a spiritual leader regarding the notion that children are simply bored of the current structure. Teach a child in a manner they will enjoy and are currently used to as their world is heavy tech based, either way enough of my rant check out the video and check out the website the video cam from. Check out this ted talk and come to your own conclusion.

Interesting. It boils down to what do you feel you life to do with your life. Do you want to waste your time doing something you hate.
