DAYUM!! THE POWER RANGERS WE WILL NEVER GET!!

This is the power rangers us rangers from the late 90s wanted to see but alas we are given a new power rangers with a meh script and power play. Adi Shankar did a wonderful job of finding the right people to play these wonderful characters and portray a very adult version of power rangers. It was not for everyone and certainly not a PG power rangers. Seems like a anime come to life, then again power rangers was not originally an american creation but a cheap Japanese rip. Either way enough of my rip at the rangers check out this what if Rangers indy flick.

DAYUM!!– HYPER LIGHT DRIFTER IS AWESOME!!!

So Hyper-Light-Drifter a game created by Heart-Machine finally released for the consoles and its amazing. Fortunately I was one of the many that threw cash to get this project kickstarted. For a project that was kickstarted and end up being bearable is actually a tremendous achievement as there are a several projects I have witnessed that were total duds, some never saw the light of day. One of those titles I will mention in another post. As I was kindly expressing Hyper-Light-Drifter is an amazing game and is actually an indy production that looks as stellar as the Triple-A games of 80-90s generation with an equally more stellar sound track. The visual tapestry and the music composition adds a great layer of atmosphere and grounds the player in a stark but rich world. Another layer that completes this culmination of awesomeness is the gameplay mechanics. A game is useless without good gameplay design and mechanics. I highly recommend this game as a gift for anyone who likes to classify themselves as hardcore gamer. It’s not DOOM or any of the crazy insane indy games like MEATBOY but it’s up there.

One thing to be aware of this game expects the player to fabricate their own story as to how this world came by providing several visual aids, no text but pictures as a way to draw your own story. I am still unsure how I feel about that method of handling this game. Beyond that I am ecstatic that the game finally came out as I have been following this game for a while.

As I always seem to end this topics or mentions check out the game Available on Xbox, PS4 and PC(via steam).

BELOW IS THE PC VERSION OF HYPER LIGHT DRIFTER REVIEW
