So I finally saw the Dec 2018 Smash Bros Collab and this joint was freaking insane. The animators really went in and did an amazing job. There were varying style and liberty taken with some themes with various characters. There were some with jokes which were really over the top. Some were really touching moments and showed that there are some animators who are amazing at their craft and are able to really convey emotion. There were others that were beyond what I expected to see but all in all these were really well done and I was entertained at the almost 50 mins of run time. You will find this to be one of the finest pieces of collaborations out there from the Newgrounds camp. Please support their page and give them love. Newgrounds gave my work love when there was really no place to post by craft way back in the early web video days. Yeah it dropped Dec 26, 2018.

Well, where do I start. Star Trek Discovery was much like many of the past Star-Trek series except that this existed in a post Battle-Star Galactic 2004 Era where a scifi show had to come hard or go home. The show had a great pilot with alot of heart and energy. Due to the lead Micheal’s recklessness I was slowly growing to dislike her placing others in danger but slowly grew to admire her character as the series progressed. The cast was well flushed out and the enemy who I will allow you witness was an interesting take and design

There are many Star-Trek fans that may dislike the series, sadly I am not die-hard fan just a fan of anything scifi and has some interesting science or reasoning. To reiterate the characters for the most part are quite interesting. although there were several things that left me wondering about the ship and what was possible and sometimes did not make sense. I suppose, when trying to enjoy a show and see where the writers are trying to take you the audience, just sit back and enjoy. Please don’t waste my time is all I ask.

I won’t spoil the series if you have not seen it as yet. So get a CBS all access and check the series out. There will be a moment where you ….
